We are going to live very special moments, such as Adaptation, which for us is the time your little one needs to conquer new spaces and discover new friends. It is the time that you need to leave it trusting in our hands and it is the time that we need to get to know it, to know ourselves, to adapt our care to its characteristics and needs.
Our Educational Team aims to help families and children achieve the confidence necessary to successfully overcome the adaptation period and begin to experience the School as their own place.
There is no standard adaptation period, neither in behaviors nor in time. Each child lives their own process individually.
HOW CAN WE HELP ?
The family can support the child by accompanying him with affection, understanding, spending time with him, talking to him, and making this period compatible from a calm perspective.
Goodbyes should be short, clear… Saying goodbye will prevent them from becoming distrustful and will give them security in the long run, even if they cry at some point.
During the adaptation period, you should avoid introducing changes, such as: removing the diaper, removing the pacifier, changes in diet… All in due time.
From La Mar Salada we face this period RESPECTING THE INDIVIDUALITY OF EACH CHILD AND THEIR FAMILY, to adapt to their rhythms and needs.
